Keynote Process

TLC has knowledgeable, entertaining, and dynamic speakers for your next event. They have delivered keynote address across northern America and in countries in Europe and Africa. Below is an outline of the TLC process for Keynote Speaking:

  1. Information Gathering: The first step in the process is for TLC to understand the type of event, theme, and profile of the audience. Since most large events are planned in advance, TLC will also check availability of speakers during this initial step.

  2. Information Sharing: TLC will send to the Decision Maker information on each speaker (printed and DVD/video when requested) including topics of expertise, fees, and references. The Decision Maker can request to speak with the speaker before making a decision.

  3. Decision: TLC will contact the Decision Maker to obtain the decision. Once the speaker is booked, a Letter of Agreement is signed by TLC and the Decision Maker.

  4. Communication: The speaker will contact the Decision Maker to obtain further detail on the event in order to customize the speech.

  5. Speech: The speaker will arrive on premise of the event and meet as many participants as possible. The speaker will deliver the speech and have information (free) for participants and products for purchase. (Some Decision Makers purchase products in advance and those are given to the participants at the event. Products include books, tapes, CD's, etc.)

  6. Follow-up: TLC will share with the Decision Maker results of the evaluations completed by the speaker. TLC will contact any participant who wishes further information. Participants can also receive TLC's monthly newsletter for further information and tips.

  7. Invoicing: TLC will send Decision Maker the invoice for the keynote speech immediately following the service.
